I liked the movie. With girls in that situation or even less there would always be more drama than portrayed in the film. I can't ever imagine dating my friend's boyfriend even after they broke up.
Oh, very unlikely that group of people could afford to rent on Dune Road, the definition of unlikely but whatever.
