Review of Something Borrowed (2011) by Nicolas R — 26 Apr 2012
So few have liked this... People here should stop watching romantic comedies. I mean, this was an excellent movie! Poignant performances by Kate Hudson and John Krasinski, and still good by Ginnifer Goodwin and Colin Egglesfield.
It's a very human way to introduce love. This story isn't a soap opera, because people who are open-minded enough, can relate to at least one of the characters' situation in the movie. It's so honest and plausible that watching it even gets the viewer kind of frustrated against the characters, as if they were real.
I really don't understand the whole "this movie sucks" concept here. Critics should try to open their minds a bit...
