All the smoke and atmosphere, you can really tell it's a Scott film. It's got a pretty simple plot, formulaic and nothing you really haven't seen before, but with Scott's direction, the soundtrack, the atmosphere, and the acting (Mimi Rogers anyone?) make it go beyond the norm.
