Review of Some Kind of Wonderful (1987) by Bryan K — 19 May 2011
Essentially a gender-reverse remake of "Pretty in Pink" (with the same writer and director, respectfully), but deals with slightly different (while similar) issues, such as social class, sexual identity, romance, and choices.
A good worthwhile script that is a farewell to the Hughes-teen 80s dramas. Good cast (with Masterson a stand out) and soundtrack.
