I will never understand why studios insist on taking pre-existing properties and then making movies that are nothing like them. This is just a terrible mish mash of fantasy movie cliches that are nothing like the Solomon Kane stories of Robert E.
Howard. You could have called this thing anything else and it wouldn't have mattered. Just awful, although it did have ok effects.
