Review of Solomon Kane (2009) by Karel C — 28 Jan 2011
This dark, atmospheric and brutal 17th century sword and sorcery adventure film is a really well acted film from the main cast. It is also well shot and produced with the directing being almost flawless.
The action is really well done and unlike most films that have been set during these times it isn't stupid or cheesy, only problem is that the script isn't the best and some of the plot is obvious.
