Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Corey S — 17 Jun 2018

I actually seen this movie when it first came out but for some reason this website blocked my every attempt to post my thoughts and opinion of this movie. Now on to the movie itself while Solo wasn't the greatest movie of the year I thought movie was pretty good.

I think what happen here is alot fans and critics keep trying to compare these newer star wars movies with the original movies inwhich its really not fare because the first 3 movies are classics while the newer star wars movies are entertaining but not as good as the originals but if you can stop comparing the new to the old and just sit back and watch you might find your self enjoying these movies.

I liked the plot in this movie and the acting was good I do how ever wonder if Emilia Clarkes agent made sure she was in every scene cause she was in their alot. You tell that Donald Glover is either a star wars fan of he really did his homework cause he did a very good job playing Lando Calrissian.

I thought Alden Ehrenreich did and okay job playing Han Solo but in my opinion they made him to good of a guy Han needed to be a little more scummy and low down and shady. The look of the film was good I liked the different scenes and planets they were on.

One thing thsi was missing was cameos from greedo and Jabba the Hut also Bob fett would have been cool simply because these 3 characters are so major in Han Solos life it kinda feels like they should have been in the movie.

I enjoyed Solo more the second time around and while we most likely will never get a part two their is so much more they can do with Han Solo it would be a shame just to leave alone.
