Review of Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) by Davis B — 10 Jan 2019

It was almost impossible to ignore the behind the scenes drama while "Red Cup" was being made. With that in mind, Solo really isn't as bad as it could have been. It was still bad though.

This movie was shot similarly to Cloud Atlas in terms of directorial input. Cloud Atlas wasn't great either but it was still better than Solo. Probably worth watching if you were a fan of star wars before the sequel trilogy.

Then again, I fit that criteria and I thought it was a little stooopid. It's definitely better than Rogue One. The first act holds together.
