It's a B- at best, barely a 3 stars as I dont think much changes with Douglas's character from beginning to end. His indiscretions lead him south both romantically and economically before he realizes that he needs to change, or does he? It's entertaining enough at times to make it worth the watch and some, but you dont feel like anything changes from beginning to endl.
