Review of Solaris (2002) by Ronnie B — 29 Jan 2012
I have not read the book or seen the original movie so to me this movie was amazing.
It is low budget but to me it filled a void that I did not know I was missing. The soundtrack and visuals are just breathtaking. This movie is very thought provoking. It is a minimalistic film, using very little yet leaves you to think about so much.
To me this movie is more "art" than "entertainment" and I really enjoyed the experience of Solaris.
