Clooney goes to this ocean/sun planet thingy, and gets trapped in a living dream state of entities manifesting in memories of a dead wife. He just doesn't want to let go! So the dude doesnt want to know reality from the image they create.
Later he dies and seems to find her for real, but it may be the entities taking over earth, but since it's a soderbergh movie it has to be all oooo ambiguously intellectual. wank.
