Review of Solaris (2002) by Joe C — 29 May 2011
I think I hated this when I saw it 9 years ago at the late show and fell asleep. Maybe it hit me just right today, but I was blown away by the concept and unconventional love story. The fx work, the cinematography and the art direction are all first rate.
I'm glad I serendipitously found it on today and gave it another chance.
