Review of Snowpiercer (2013) by Alexis T — 05 Jan 2015

#Snowpiercer has high aspirations but doesn't quite hit the mark. The futuristic, gritty imagery of the scenes and characters are great. Overall a good concept with a good bit of action and betrayal to engage you along the journey.

The story is still underdeveloped with corny aspects that act as a disruption/downgrade to the tone versus comedic relief. Worth the watch for something different but not the new age classic it aims to be.

Great roles for #TildaSwinton and #ChrisEvans.
