If one can suspend disbelief for 2 hours that this is a remotely plausible story line then one could argue that it is a solid one-act play, however the unfathomable reach that the screenwriters demand of the audience in this dystopian farcical orient express is, at best, insulting and is, in reality, an exceptionally bloated socio-political manifesto on income inequality.
It is ineffective, offensive and it is completely void of rational construct. Weinstein's minions must have bought the reviews because I have no idea how this film rated above 10 tomatoes.
