Review of Snow White and the Huntsman (2012) by Greatbeallo — 31 May 2012
The visual effects are stunning, and Charlize Theron is her usual brilliant self, but the rest of the film seemed a bit stale to me. Kristen Stewie is not worthy of the mantle of "Fairest in the Land.
" She's not ugly by any means, but seriously falls short of Charlize. Stewie might do well in a ninth grade theater production, but she struggles terribly on the big screen. Watch this one dvd, illegally download it, or skip it all together.
Don't pay too much to watch this mediocre fairytale that has been speckled with a few brief shining moments.
