Review of Snow Cake (2006) by Pedro P — 15 Jan 2008
A lot of mixed feelings about this film. At times it seemed so anxious to manipulate us into tears and and then, at others, so beautiful, intimate and wonderfully acted. It ended up winning me over. Sigourney Weaver gives one of the strongest performances of her career and Alan Rickman is and will always be a joy to watch.
