Well made and surprisingly well written for an action movie. The plot meshes true life characters with the over the top persona that is Dwayne Johnson, but never strays too far from story. Susan Sarandon delivers a knock out performance.
Extra points given for shedding a light on mandatory minimum sentencing and its ineffectiveness!
