Review of Snakes on a Plane (2006) by Zack S — 29 Aug 2011
Wow, how did I not see Snakes On A Plane until now? It isn't a great, Oscar-worthy perfect movie, but the truth is, it isn't trying to be. It aspires to be a good B-movie horror flick and it accomplishes just that.
Casting was pretty good too, though it's safe to say that Samuel L. Jackson steals the show especially with one memorable line he has. This movie is exactly what it says on the tin. If you hate snakes or you just want a movie that's intelligent, you aren't going to get a whole lot out of this.
There isn't really anything I disliked about this movie since I really enjoyed it. Though I do wish they stuck with the PG-13 rating because this is definitely a fun movie I'd show my family friends.
The filmmakers shouldn't have listened to those lousy internet bloggers, they definitely would have made more money!
