The sad thing about Nick Cage is that in a movie, he's either really good or really bad. Sitting through 5 minutes of this isn't worth finding out which one he is this time.......and after sitting through half an hour of this, its ovious that he's actually BRUTAL in this.
Carrot Top could have pulled off a better crooked cop than Nic Cage.
