Why is this movie so awesome? Nathan Fillion, plus evil alien slug overlords, plus James Gunn, plus ZOMBIES. Easily the greatest thing I've seen at the theater since Shaun of the Dead or Eternal Sunshine.
Hilarious and icky all at once. Fillion deadpans like no man I've ever seen. The absolutely refreshing lack of horror movie cliches alone makes up for the price of admission.
