Review of Sling Blade (1996) by William B — 03 Apr 2009
I had not been interested in seeing this film, as I'm not a big Billy Bob Thornton fan. On this lazy Saturday afternoon, trying to recoup from a sinus infection, I came across this movie and was instantly mesmorized.
This picture had so much heart and soul. Great acting and great characters, all with their own personal tribulations, make for one enjoyable and touching movie. I'm glad I gave it a chance.
