Review of Sleuth (1972) by Henry W — 18 Jun 2008
I was expecting a lot more because of Law and Caine's involvement but Branagh's direction and Pinter's script made it a complete bore for the most part. The only saving grace the film has are the actors' performances but without direction of any substance, it's not enough to save this bareboned script.
