Review of Slender Man (2018) by Harry G — 26 Aug 2018

Even though it has a pretty basic storyline and a principal plot device that mimics "The Ring", Slenderman has pretty badass cinematography and some pretty good plot twists in the end, even though they're simple.

The last seconds of the movie before the credits feature some information which, looking back on the events in the film, can be applied in multiple ways making it a pretty interestimg film. It bases itself pretty correctly on the original creepypasta which is also a big plus and its a good thing that it doesn't heavily rely on jumpscares.

All in all I really enjoyed the movie and therefore it gets 4 stars from me.
