Not good. The main appeal of a Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan film is to SEE THEM BEING CUTE TOGETHER. This film has them together for like 5 seconds at the end (oooo, spoiler!!! but it sucks so its ok). Nora Ephron isn't a good director.
I've come to realize that You've Got Mail is just a perfect accident...
