Review of Sleeping Beauty (2011) by Ivana J — 27 Oct 2011

The idea was great, the start gorgeous, Browning beautiful and acted well, with some beautifully shot scenes. However, the start gets off great but then goes no where. Characters are introduced that are never explained.

Characters come and go with no real direction. Or if there is direction not even the director seems to know what it is. The end scene Browning screams and we don't know why. Is it because of the old man, because she is naked or because that is how she likes to wake up.

We don't know. The nudity was surprisingly not uncouth while being gratuitous. I would say two thumbs down, negative stars and a total disappointment that leaves an unfinished frustrated feeling at the end.

.. Sort of Like Browning screaming... same feeling when this finished.
