The story was so full of little situations that the end wasn't that strong it could have been. I don't know if it's supposed but it's missing some communication between the film and the viewers - it seems that Lucy is a superficial girl, almost non human.

When we notice some humanity from her is in the end, it is true, but it's soon finished by the end. Maybe it's intencional that everything is seen from a super exterior point, never reaching Lucy's mind.

And that turn out to be very interesting in some way. But it misses something in this film.
