Review of Sleeping Beauty (1959) by Jim C — 21 Apr 2011
This is another of the 3 films that time forgot. It was even more brilliant than last time I saw it. The animation is beautiful for its time,its screenplay is timeless,and it has one of the best villians in Disney history.
I also appreciated its pure darknes,Aurora's operatic and beautiful singing voice,and how cool the movie really is. My favorite character was always Merryweather. Maybe it was her love of blue,or her comedy style.
Overall, another epic Disney film.
