Review of Sleepers (1996) by Cherie K — 10 Jun 2009
This movie had way too many details, and could have kept itself from dragging had it been cut significantly down. The first hour is a typical origins story about growing up in New York City, then five minutes of revenge, and an hour in a courtroom.
And in the end, what's the lesson? It's ok to murder, lie, and cheat the legal system as long as the ends justify the means?
