Review of Sleeper (1973) by Christopher S — 28 Apr 2010
My favorite Woody Allen comedy film. A comical farce of Earth's future where society is tightly controlled by the government, but also cigarettes are determined to be good for you and health food is determined to be bad. Lots of visual and slapstick humor combined with a good screenplay.
Really like the New Orleans jazz soundtrack with "the Preservation Hall" and Woody on clarinet as a guest star.
