SLAUGHTERHOUSE FIVE was avoided by the public because of the horror movie title but embraced with glee by those of us who knew and loved the equally colossal and challenging CATCH 22...which is the double feature it ultimately ended up on.
One day the rest of the world might catch up on this great film that still has never become the cult classic it deserved to be. A pristine DVD will fix that.
