Review of Skyfall (2012) by Madeleine — 11 Jan 2013
Some great action scenes are the only distinguishing feature. Otherwise, far too much product placement and a plot which revises GoldenEye with its agent turned villain after harsh treatment by his spymasters (Bardem phones in his performance and counts the cash, and good luck to him).
The whole thing could have been rescued for me if Silva had killed M and himself in the chapel, with Bond arriving just in time to witness it.
