Review of Skyfall (2012) by Cfscorpio — 11 Nov 2012
I didn't like this movie. It is little more than a straight action film. Take out the name James Bond and you'll find it hard to see the resemblance to the James Bond series. They took away all the clever gadgets, don't give Bond much time to be cool or charming, he doesn't really play out as much of a hero and the villain has no motivation or plan other than revenge.
This seems to be the direction of the Daniel Craig era of Bond movies and I for one have had enough.
