Review of Sky High (2005) by Ryan C — 28 Dec 2011
I am not usually drawn to these cheesy and campy super hero movies, but this was one of my only exceptions. The story was a bit too generic, with its coming of age tale, and basically most people can tell how it will end.
However, I found the superhero high school setting quite appealing and I loved the quirks of certain characters and their odd ball super powers. This movie is my guilty pleasure. Also it has a nice (but small) role of Bruce Campbell!
