Watched this again after four years, and still love it. This movie continues to be a visual tour de force still unrivalled even after all these years, and will probably join the ranks of movies like "Metropolis" and "Blade Runner" for this very reason.
Like no other movie, it is an homage to the whole "noire" genre, and every shot is simply breath-taking. Paltrow plays an unflappable heroine that never fainted or screamed (except maybe once).
As if that wasn't good enough, you got the campy fun dialogue with Law and Paltrow, all the way up to the end, that makes for a surprisingly fun date movie. This is one of my "keeper" movies.
