Weird. Very stage-y. Not very cinematic. Would have been much more enjoyable to read, as then you could pour over the pages and pages of dialouge and extract the inner deeper meanings. But definitely did not work as a film.
Nor can I understand why Will Smith got such praise for this role. He was hardly believable as a gay man, nor did he seem to be trying all that hard. Really lackluster.
