I love them they are both brilliant and because of that this movie really is disappointing. They both share a comic persona as smart, nerdy, awkward, sexy, type A geeks. But in what appears to be an effort to create contrast Tina Fey is cast as a ne'er do well party child.

She just cannot pull it off a train wreck character in my opinion. Might have worked with Melissa McCarthy or Amy Schumer but it doesn't here.
