If you replaced these leading ladies { Amy Poher and Tina Fey } with Amy Schemer and Melissa McCarthy- OSCARS would have fallen from the skies, while both babies and doves cry infinitely.
Loved the movie, laughed my *** off! Overall- brilliantly written, cleverly directed and produced. I wanted so much to witness Amy and Tina's comedic chemistry to evolve into the "Good-sister/ Bad-sister dichotomy" -which ,at some point, must have been a key theme intended to aid in the direction of the movie. Tina Fey DOES have one of two fleeting moments of authenticity while trying to play the "Hot Mess Older Sister" role; a role she ALMoSt actually pulled off! unfortunately though , funny gal Fey was never truly given the chance to be anything beyond just that.....
