Review of Single White Female (1992) by Dana K — 27 Aug 2010
This was...much different than I expected. Sexed-up to the brim, it's full of nudity and sex scenes, which ultimately detract from the storyline and become more of a distraction. The acting, however, was very good, all said and done, especially from the two leads.
Jennifer Jason Leigh gets very creepy at points, and as a thriller story, it's interesting to watch. But it could have had the same effect by merely hinting some things and keeping a PG-13 rating.
