Review of Single White Female (1992) by Elaine J — 01 Feb 2009
Always been a fan! easy to watch, easy to follow, intelligent, well acted and sinister. The plot is that a professional smart-arse played by Bridget Fonda lets out a room in New York to seemingly nice but shy girl who starts to copy her in what first seems to be a rather touching attempt at emulating her.
Turns out there is rather more to it as she is trying to recreate her relationship with her dead twin sister (the copying of clothes, hair etc is an attempt to make them appear twins). As things start to get out of hand, various people try to stop her and thats when chaos of epic proportions starts.
well worth viewing.
