Review of Singin' in the Rain (1952) by Lucas M — 24 Feb 2015
Singin in the Rain surpasses its own ubiquitous nature through unmatched comedic performances, lively pacing, and simply being genuinely hilarious. Perfect mixture of sincerity and cynicism about Hollywood and its idiosyncrasies.
It's one of those movies that is almost so perfect it's hard to imagine it was created and brought into existence by a human...it seems like it was just always there.
