Review of Singin' in the Rain (1952) by Justin D — 20 Jan 2013
Typically I don't tend to watch musicals because they bore me or they appear to be too sappy but this one was the exact opposite. Singin in the rain was both entertaining musically and comedy wise.
I think that the acting in the movie was very well done, especially on the part of Gene Kelly who plays a self absorbed movie star very well. Singing in the rain was a very, very good movie that deserves praise.
