One of the best musicals of all time, Singin' in the Rain is one of my personal favorites. The colorful characters, the unforgettable songs, and the origin of the talkies make this movie stand out from all the other musicals out there.
I can't believe it bombed when it came out. It captures one of Hollywood's most historical time periods perfectly and I hope everyone respects this classic musical.
