Review of Sing Street (2016) by Jason C — 23 Nov 2016
The third film in Director John Carney's music trilogy. I liked this one the same as the other two (Once and Begin Again). It's the most stylized and nostalgic of the bunch. All three films follow a pretty similar storyline, which never quite lives up to what I wish it would be.
I never fall in love completely with any of the characters in any of the movies. But there are great moments along the journeys.
