The story's focus is a little wobbly and disconnected from where the heart shines in Sin City. Despite not sharing the strength and power of the first one, A Dame To Kill For rises on occasion. We see great performances from the entire cast, but the movie quaintly only ever picks up when Nancy becomes the focus.
