Nine years after the first release which was refreshing and entertaining, the second installment is released with mostly the same cast. All of the same elements that seemed to work so well in 2005 seem tired or overused.
It's like listening to the B-side of an album; all of the leftover scrap ideas that weren't used in the first movie were thrown on this one.
