Review of Sin City (2005) by James C — 18 Aug 2014

My favorite movie, based on the great Frank Millers series of graphic novels, Rodriquez styles the movie perfectly the convey the mood and tone of the books and also reflect it visually, the noir atmosphere and monologues are perfect, pulling no punches with the over the top violence and the dialogue leaps right off the page or in this case out of the screen.

Quibble about the themes all you want, as far as entertainment value goes this sets the standard.
