Review of Silverado (1985) by Crowfuzz H — 16 Apr 2007
Four disparate heroes do battle against.
A corrupt sheriff for personal reasons ranging from mercenary to altruistic. Sidelines characters include gambler, frontier widow and saloon owner. The film is stolen hands-down by an irresponsible young gunslinger who never speaks when hootin' and hollerin' will do. A classic, High Noon-style showdown caps this rousing retro western. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide.
