Review of Silver Streak (1976) by Jack Y — 09 Jul 2007
Excellent train-set actioner with Wilder a successful leading man here, despite his comic roots. Pryor shows that he can work to his potential with someone elses script. McGoohan a convincing villain; Clayburgh a deep damsel in distress.
Notable for the appearance of 7'2" Richard Kiel before his foray into the world of James Bond. Wonderfully scored and directed.
