Review of Silver Streak (1976) by James S — 27 Apr 2009
This is a light-hearted comedy adventure movie that appeals to an adult audience without going overboard. Any foul language is used as any word should be...to make a point and an impact. The characters are believable, yet not threatening (yes, even the bad guys and the forrunner of "Jaws").
Has always been one of my favorites. Yes, there are some blazing errors and a few unbelievable moves...mainly by the police in the movie...but...as usual...Richard Pryor steals the show when on camera.
Fun, fun, fun.
