Review of Silent Running (1972) by Jered B — 02 Feb 2008
Superb sci-fi flick, with a great preformance from Bruce Dern, but let down by a poor music score. The interior sets were excellent but the exterior shots were obvious models. The three drones were operated by dwarf actors and they almost steal the show.
All in all, a good effort from the master of special effects; Douglas Trumbull.
